A quit claim deed is one of the methods of legally transferring property ownership. They are most common with real estate transfers because they must have written verification and be a matter of public record.
Sign a quit claim to give someone else the right to use, or take possession of a piece of property.
A quit claim is only good if the party signing over rights actually owns the property in question.
Accept quit claim deeds with reservation. Make sure the property does not carry any other liens. When you take possession of property with a quit claim deed you also assume all other loans or encumbrances.
You no longer have any control or ownership of the property after signing a quit claim. You cannot take it back unless the other party turns it over to you with their own quit claim deed.
It is against the law to trick or force someone into signing over his or her rights to property. Theft by deception is a felony, as is forging someone's name on a quit claim deed.

Taking the Lead
Insurance and other sales jobs used to be very difficult occupations. They are still tough, and cut-throat. That is why you need every edge possible to get the leads you need to make sales. There are companies that provide life insurance leads that make selling much more profitable. They offer more than just a list of names and phone numbers, they offer programs to streamline your sales cold calls, itemize clients by need and prospect, calendars that help you keep track of call-backs. Insurance Leads offers prospects in many areas of insurance from home to auto, and health to disability, annuities and more. Along with lead management you have many options for having the leads sent to you. Insurance leads takes a lot of the pain out of cold sales calls.
Movin and Workin'
It is really strange to go outside and not see the boat over in the shed we built for it. Other than that, I love being outside now that the weather is warming up. I even like working outside. I do not think I will ever go back to a desktop computer again. I'm so used to the portability. I get to go "on vacation" this weekend with my hubby to his medical conference that just happens to be held at a top scale resort, and take my work with me so I don't have to feel guilty, or miss out on opportunities. I get to spend time on my boat while still having my work nearby so I can spend more time there. I can go out and work outside so I don't feel cooped up in a small, stuffy office. As nice as my office in the house is, I spend very little time there anymore. I work in the living room, in the bedroom, in the kitchen, anywhere but the office because I feel more a part of what is going on. All thanks to my little laptop.
A Green Career
If you're looking for a new career, or one to supplement what you do now, you can get bpi certification to inspect homes for energy conservation. It is an up and coming career. People are more and more aware of the need to conserve energy, both as a means to save the planet, and a means to save money. In today's economy that is a huge incentive to spend a little to save a lot.
The great thing about becoming a bpi analyst is you don't have to have any prior knowledge, skill, or ability. You can learn how to do it from scratch and almost anyone can do the work. If you already work for a utility company you may even be eligible to get the course fees reimbursed. It is a fast, 5-day course either at a seminar or via webinar, so it's easy to attend. The bpi certification also helps established utility engineers and repairmen improve business. Whether you are new at energy conservation careers, have an established heating, air-conditioning, electrical, or plumbing business, or work for a utility company, check out the new green career opportunities to expand and improve.

Due Diligence
I have always been a firm believer that if you do the background work things will work out well. Usually that pays off for me. I spend the time studying something that interests me, find the best item and pay a reasonable price. I work hard at learning what is needed to excel in an activity and do well.
Sometimes, all the work still fails. I did that with the new boat and ended up finding out there was a lot of work needed on the bottom to fix a problem that we didn't find when inspecting it before buying. Something we would have passed on if we had found it. It's not that we won't be able to use it. It's that we'll have to throw a fair amount of money at it to do so. Due Diligence may pay off most of the time, but don't think it is foolproof.

Weight Loss Not Pound Loss?
Noxycut is a very unusual weight loss product. It is a product that describes itself as a weight loss product that won't help you lose a pound! That doesn't sound very promising, but the reasoning behind the statement is noxycut is for men, and geared toward replacing fat with muscle. Strengthening the body, not just reducing it. Fat lost but replaced by firm, strong muscle is attractive and very slimming. Because it has a more specific target, and uses testosterone stimulators it really isn't a weight loss product for women. As always you should seek out information that compares the product with others to see if it will work best for you, and seek the advice of your physician before starting any serious weight loss regime.
I love social marketing. Many writers use it as another method of advertising, or networking. I started out that way on Twitter, but although I moved a little bit away from Twitter where so much of it is one-line advertising, I don't use it that way at all. Even on Twitter you can still find some just plain everyday conversations. I prefer Facebook though. Somehow, even though Facebook was the origin of social network 'marketing' it didn't get littered or, should I say obliterated with it. You really only occasionally see people who are obviously only there to market a product or service. Most often it's just every day people. In some cases it's a mix of both, but that's okay and I don't mind that at all. Everyone does something, and its only natural that many of them have products or services they offer. It's even nice to hear about it, you never know what you'll find you need or like.
Get Rid of Pimples
Hair occurs on areas of the body you don't really think about. Even the skin that looks bare is covered by tiny hairs. That's why blackhead eruptions can occur anywhere on the body. A blackhead, or any blemish are embarrassing no matter what age you are. Teens have a hard time with them because they are dealing with so many other pressures from all around them, and many based on appearances. Somehow, appearance based stress, spurred on by vanity, are something that really doesn't go away with age, so even at an older age acne is destructive to self-esteem. Medicines are available now that were never around when I was a teen. The best way to decide which one will work best for you is to find a website that compares them side-by-side and lets you make an educated decision on the right one for your life and situation.

Getting Ready for Summer Eating
Most vegetables grow well in a greenhouse environment. A greenhouse lets you artificially control your garden all year round, even in the coldest months. You still need to keep temperatures in mind when you plan what to plant at what times, but fresh vegetables all year is entirely possible with a greenhouse. The biggest consideration in determining what grows well in a greenhouse is space. Even the largest greenhouse is not big enough for plants that spread out wide such as watermelon, and space eaters like corn.
Cool Weather
Unless your greenhouse has climate control, outdoor temperatures still control you to some degree. Sunlight is easier to conquer with growing lights, but heat and humidity are tough. It is better to adapt your greenhouse growing desires to cool loving plants in the winter. Protected from the outside elements and deep freezes, and given enough light, both natural and artificial these vegetables thrive in winter greenhouses. Lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, and other leafy vegetables that burn easily in the heat of the summer are wonderful winter vegetables. Root crops like carrots and onions do very well in winter months inside.
Heat Lovers
Typical summer vegetables do well in a greenhouse in early spring and late fall when they would not be able to thrive outside. Tomatoes, squash, eggplant, and peppers are easy to grow indoors. Keep an eye on the temperatures and humidity during the hottest parts of the summer. Even these heat lovers can get overwhelmed by a closed off greenhouse. It is easy to regulate the summer temperatures with proper ventilation.
Year Round
Certain vegetables can even do well all year. Tomatoes are a popular greenhouse vegetable that will perform reasonably well in all seasons. Peppers and cucumbers are close behind tomatoes in popularity and ease. Lettuce is more difficult to grow in the hotter months, but if you use enough shade and ventilation, it will do fine all year round.
Seeds
Look for varieties of any popular vegetable created especially for greenhouse environments. Any variety will do well, but varieties created to thrive indoors will do even better and produce at higher volume. Vegetable varieties created for greenhouses are also less prone to disease the heat and humidity of a greenhouse can produce.

Play Everything with Playstation 3
My son is the big game person in the family. I had a close friend who also had a fetish for video games. They both loved Playstation. The new playstation 3 will just thrill my son. It does everything from the games he loves to music, photos, and even the Internet. Having Internet connection to a game unit is important now because the games are so interactive. If you have WiFi you can play a game with someone across the country, or across the world, it's not just you and the game anymore. There are add-ons that are only available with an Internet connection too, extra features to games, music, etc. The Playstation 3 also plays Blu-Ray discs for the most high definition in movies. With the Playstation 3 you don't need any other entertainment system in the house. It is everything all rolled up into one package.

Smoking is Not Only Deadly, it Had a Virus Attached, LOL
Whew, scary. Apparently the quit-meter I had showing how long I'd been smoke free had some sort of virus. Thankfully there was a warning as I tried to access the page and I got rid of that fast. I don't have to have anything reminding me anymore. I am a non-smoker. I used to smoke, and I'll always be a recovering addict, if you will, and sometimes I do think about it, but I DON'T SMOKE. It has been TEN MONTHS, and I'm doing just fine with it. It's nice not to be a slave to cigarettes.
